I hereby appoint Thoybah Services as my trusted representative to purchase, manage, and execute the rite of Qurban for the year 1447H / 2026 on my behalf, and on behalf of the names I have intended.

In establishing this trust, I acknowledge and consent that Thoybah Services will delegate this sacred duty to responsible partners on the ground, who will, to the best of their abilities, do whatever is necessary to ensure my sacrifice is rightfully fulfilled during the days of Eid al-Adha and Tashreeq in my selected region. I understand that on-the-ground conditions may vary, and should any unforeseen circumstances arise, I grant Thoybah Services and its partners the absolute authority to manage and ensure my sacrifice remains valid.

Furthermore, I sincerely waive my right to the physical portion of the meat, fully endowing it to be distributed to the vulnerable and deserving communities in the chosen lands.

I part with this wealth not as a mere transaction, but as a testament of my faith. May Allah accept this sacrifice, purify my wealth, and let it weigh heavily on the scales of good deeds on the Day of Judgment. Ameen.
