All aid is distributed on the ground by our trusted and registered partner, who has extensive experience in crisis zones. We collect the funds and transfer them to our partner to carry out the work.

Every transaction is split into two parts:

• 83% (Aid Portion): Goes directly to our partner for the procurement and distribution of the aid item you funded.
• 17% (Operational Fee): Retained by Thoybah Services to cover essential costs like bank transfer fees, payment processing charges, and campaign management.

This campaign is designed to meet our partner's "Minimum Order Quantities" (MOQs). In the event a specific item's goal is not met, we reserve the right to re-allocate its funds to another urgent aid category in this appeal. This ensures 100% of your aid donation is sent to Sudan without delay.

We are committed to full transparency. After the campaign ends and aid is distributed, we will publish an Impact Report with photos and details from our partner, showing the difference your contribution made.
