  2. Feasibility: If the initial site selected is deemed geologically unviable (e.g., bedrock, saltwater intrusion), we reserve the right to relocate the project to the nearest suitable location within the same region to ensure successful water flow.

  3. Timeline Variations: While we strive for the 6-8 week target, external factors such as monsoon seasons, curfews, or supply chain delays in the destination country may extend timelines. We pledge to keep you updated.

  4. Maintenance: This package covers construction and initial handover. Long-term maintenance becomes the responsibility of the local community beneficiaries to ensure local ownership and sustainability.
